The building process has always been the centre of the corporate asset of Projektering & Konstruktion ApS.

The use of BIM methodologies since the survey phase allows the management of the digital building process. The time (4D) and costs (5D) and dimensions are integrated in the traditional spatial variables (3D). this is all possible thanks to a deep territory investigation carried out during the survey phase.

Thanks to this process the construction site operations become an application of what has been elaborated in the 5D model. The work variations and contingencies are minimized and managed during the development of the building process.

Our company acts in order to respect the terms agreed and to ensure quality, security and attention to the environmental issues. We can ensure high level of proficiency and adaptability in the creation of the conferred work thanks to the experience gained working in different European countries.

P&K has a constantly updated team of professionists and specialized technicians. Our team monitors each phase of the building process in order to guarantee a well-structured work organization and to better manage the big strategic infrastructures of the construction site.

We took part in the M4 Metro Cityringen substation construction in Copenhagen in which we installed an electromechanical implant and a system of telecommunication and control of the stations access.

From the civil engineering works side we are currently working to the Storstroem bridge piers building in Vordingborg. The project is in its initial stage and it plans the construction of a 4km bridge to connect Falster and Masnedø isles in Denmark.
